- Drafting of arbitration clauses and jurisdiction clauses
- Funding strategies and cost management
- Representation of companies and individuals in commercial arbitration disputes of all types and sizes in ad hoc and institutional proceedings (ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC)
- Advisory and conduct of related state court proceedings, including attachments and other interim and conservatory measures, obtaining evidence, setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, appointment of arbitrators, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards
- Collaboration, when necessary, with Swiss and foreign law firms as Swiss law counsel
- Sports law: regulatory and disciplinary disputes before sports federations, Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), particularly in anti-doping matters, sports federation regulations and football (transfer rights, employment law, contractual breaches)
