Tibère Adler is a lawyer, consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate governance and management. After beginning his career at the Geneva Bar, he joined the publicly-listed international media group Edipresse in 1993, becoming its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2005. When he left in 2011, the group was active in more than sixteen countries with over 4,000 employees.
Since then, he has served as an independent director and strategic advisor, particularly in companies where he is a shareholder. Co-founder of the media platform Heidi.news (2019) and publisher of the newspaper Le Temps (2021–2024), he joined the Innolegal firm as a partner in 2025, bringing his unique expertise in governance, communication and corporate strategy.
A former international basketball player, Tibère Adler knows governance mechanisms from the inside, both as an executive and as a member or chairman of boards of directors, in various contexts: listed companies, SMEs, startups and public enterprises.
Tibère Adler is co-founder of the Swiss Board Institute (2011) and ACAD - Academy of Directors (since 2014). He led the think tank Avenir Suisse for French-speaking Switzerland (2014–2018) and is involved in several associative and philanthropic initiatives dedicated to education, knowledge dissemination and culture.
